Intensive courses can be offered for suitable candidates. An intensive course can only be offered following an assessment of ability and suitability. After the initial assessment your instructor will recommend to you the duration of course that would suit you best.
To attend an intensive course the Driving Theory Test would need to be passed in order to book a test date to work towards. An intensive course is not a short cut to test, however an intensive course works well for persons who struggle to fit training around their working life. Opting to complete during annual leave etc.

Training to become a driving instructor can be intense and demanding.
At Alert Drivers we believe being part of a supportive team is important and very helpful in your development. From the start to the completion of your training to become a driving instructor you will have access to support direct from your trainer and other trainees and driving instructors.
This means we can always answer those important developmental questions, you can benefit from the experiences of others and never feel isolated during your journey to becoming a qualified Driving Instructor.

Along with providing training to learn to drive Alert Drivers also offers training for First Aid, another life skill. With the addition to CPR and AED to the theory test we think it is very important that all learners and instructors gain these valuable skills

Taking a driving test for the first time is a big step and with the waiting lists as they are you really want to make sure you are ready, after all we all want that first time pass.
Before getting yourself into the test centre why not book an independent mock test assessment, really find out whether your skills are up to scratch.
Every mock test is followed by a full debrief and report to identify any areas that may need improvement to help prepare for the DVSA practical driving test.
